Abstract
At present, the construction management of China's construction industry has moved from extensive management to the era of fine management, and has realized the transformation from relying on experience-oriented to data-based. As a kind of consumables commonly used in the construction process, formwork and scaffold have the characteristics of huge consumption, rapid turnover and difficult cost control. For a long time, its management mode mainly relies on theory and experience, and it is difficult to realize real-time and dynamic fine management. In view of this, this paper proposes to use BIM technology to analyze and solve, and take the actual project as an example to summarize and analyze the application process and the final results. The research conclusion shows that it is feasible to use BIM technology to deepen the design of formwork scaffold, which can solve the problem of lax project control of field quantity, and control the error of model quantity and field quantity within 5%. In addition, the deepening design at complex nodes gives full play to the advantages of BIM visualization, solves the problem of difficult reading drawings, and improves the efficiency of drawing recognition by at least 20%.
