Abstract
In order to study how to reduce the influence of soil friction on the uplift static load of engineering piles in the sidewall of the empty pile section, this paper takes the uplift static load detection of engineering piles of a project as an example, and designs a "double casing" detection device that reduces or excludes the friction of the soil on the side wall of the empty pile section, which fully considers the influence of the soil friction on the side wall of the empty pile section on the uplift static load test value, and during the construction of the uplift static load experimental engineering pile, the double casing is buried in the empty pile section, and the concrete of the same grade as the engineering pile is poured together in the inner casing. The guide plate is used to separate between the inner and outer casing, so as to ensure that the experimental data results are not affected by the friction of the soil on the side wall of the empty pile section in the process of carrying out the uplift static load test detection, and the accuracy of the static load test results is improved, so that the design unit can better judge the bearing capacity of the uplift pile, so that the safety of the upper main structure is more guaranteed, and at the same time, the pile strength of the static load experimental engineering pile is increased by 30% due to the influence of the soil friction on the side wall of the empty pile section, and the cost of the uplift static load test is saved. It has achieved good economic benefits and construction period benefits, and has great promotion value.
