Research on Monitoring and Real-time Early Warning System of the High-support Formwork Engineering

  • The popularization and application of high formwork in the construction process puts forward higher requirements for the safety risk management of the construction site. It is an inevitable choice to introduce the real-time early warning system of high formwork to reduce the occurrence of risk accidents and improve the construction safety. In this paper, the failure mechanism of high-formwork structure system is studied by numerical simulation, and the monitoring parameters are analyzed through the study of mechanics and deformation characteristics. Based on automation and information technology, a set of real-time monitoring and early warning system and inspection method for high-formwork structure are developed, which realizes real-time monitoring and early warning of high-formwork structure state. The results show that the high formwork real-time early warning system provides an effective technical means for the safety management of high-rise building construction, and has broad application prospects and promotion value.
