Research and Application of a Multi-party Collaborative Management Platform Based on Data-Driven Approach

  • In the full-lifecycle application of current BIM technology, prominent issues like drawing-model inconsistency, phased application limitations and insufficient cross-organizational collaboration have severely hindered the digital transformation of the construction industry. To solve these problems, this paper has developed the GSUI Digital Intelligent Collaborative Management Platform through integrated technological innovation. With a three-tier architecture (data layer, service layer and application layer), the platform meets domestic ITI requirements. Its core functions include 2D-3D interconnection, ensuring seamless collaboration and data consistency between 2D drawings and 3D models, and model lightweight processing that compresses high-precision models while retaining key information. It also provides owners with management efficiency features such as effect display and version comparison.Practical applications show its effectiveness: for a school's Phase II project, the platform enabled efficient collaboration in underground pipeline construction monitoring and facade decoration disclosure, boosting key node decision-making efficiency by 75% and shortening disclosure time from 1~2 months to one week. For a Nansha high-rise project, it supported complex node reporting and lightweight model delivery, with the lightweight model only 11% of the original, meeting refined control and operation needs.By connecting with DFMA platform, the platform integrates data across design, production and construction, improving cross-organizational collaboration, supporting full-lifecycle digital management, lowering BIM application thresholds, and providing a replicable technical solution for the integration of intelligent construction and new-type building industrialization.
