Dual-machine Translation Lifting Technology of Steel Box Girder under 220kV High Pressure in Limited Space

  • Based on the Yayun Avenue-Jinlong Road interchange project, this paper studies the dual-machine translation lifting technology of 220kV high-voltage steel box girder in limited space. In the process of construction of municipal road Bridges, it is often encountered that hoisting works are carried out under overhead high-voltage lines or Bridges that have been built. For the construction under high-voltage lines, by setting high-voltage line height limit protection measures and using two large folding crane, the hoisting conditions under 220kV high-voltage lines with a safe clear distance of 6m are analyzed. Under the condition that the lifting capacity, working radius and the safe distance between the highest point of the crane arm and the high-voltage wire conductor are satisfied, the crane can carry out translation, lifting and reversing operations in a small range, which ensures the safe lifting of the steel box girder. The results show that under the limited space operation condition, the two-machine moving lifting technology can safely and efficiently complete the lifting of components, saving the whole construction period of 30 days and saving the total construction cost of 436,000 yuan. This technology solves the difficult problem of steel box girder hoisting under 220kV high pressure in limited space, and can provide reference for similar projects.
