Analysis of the Impact of Sinking Well Construction on Adjacent Existing High-voltage Power Towers

  • In order to study the impact of caisson construction on adjacent existing high-voltage power towers, this paper takes a pipe gallery project in Guangzhou as the research background. Midas GTS NX software is used to establish models of caisson and high-voltage power towers. Through construction simulations of various excavation processes of caisson, the stress and deformation data of caisson structure and high-voltage power towers are obtained. The calculation results show that after excavating to the bottom of the foundation pit and pumping water, the maximum deep displacement value of the caisson structure is 16.3 mm, which meets the deformation requirements of the first level foundation pit in the specifications. The maximum horizontal displacement of the high-voltage tower is 0.99 mm, and the maximum settlement value is 0.38 mm. The calculated inclination of the tower structure is 0.0006%, and the calculated values meet the requirements of the specifications. The numerical simulation results were compared with the engineering measurement results, and the results showed that the trend charts of the two data were basically consistent, with a high degree of fitting. The results of this study can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
