Abstract
In response to the technical challenges in traditional dismantling processes for internal supports in deep foundation pits of subway stations—such as low efficiency in support reinstatement and significant damage during ring beam hoisting—a new safe, efficient, and economical dismantling technology system is urgently needed. Taking the Ma'an Mountain Park Station of the Guangzhou Dong-Huadu Tian Gui Intercity Railway Project as the engineering context, an innovative combined high-strength frame support reinstatement system was proposed. This system achieves rapid construction and flexible adjustment of the support system through the synergistic action of disc buckle frames and double-row cross-wood frames, replacing traditional large-area scaffolding. Additionally, by integrating pre-embedded ring beam notches and pre-embedded lifting hooks, it forms a rapid hoisting solution that eliminates the need for high-power forklift intervention, significantly enhancing the safety and efficiency of dismantling operations. Practice has demonstrated that this technology system improves cutting and dismantling efficiency by approximately 40%, while keeping deformation of the foundation pit and surrounding environment under controlled conditions. Compared to traditional methods, it reduces comprehensive costs by about 25%, shortens the construction period by approximately 30%, and effectively avoids damage to existing structures, significantly enhancing construction safety and cost-effectiveness. This technology provides a reliable technical solution for the safe and efficient dismantling of internal supports in deep foundation pits under complex urban conditions, offering valuable reference and application potential for similar subway station deep foundation pit projects.
