Experimental Study on The Performance of Waterproof and Fatigue Resistant Pavement Layer for Fabricated Bridge

  • The deck pavement of prefabricated bridge is directly subjected to load and environmental effects, and its durability is related to driving safety, comfort and bridge structure life. The waterproof and fatigue resistant layer is used as the lower layer of the prefabricated structure bridge deck, which plays the role of anti-crack and waterproof. This paper analyzes the high and low temperature performance, water damage resistance, mechanical and fatigue characteristics of the waterproof and fatigue resistant layer through systematic experimental research, so as to evaluate its comprehensive road performance as the prefabricated structure pavement layer. The results show that the void ratio of the waterproof and anti-fatigue layer is controlled within 2%, there is basically no void in the interior, the rain will not penetrate, the water damage resistance is greatly improved, the high temperature performance is not lost, the temperature sensitivity is further reduced, the deformation ability is good, and it has superior anti-fatigue performance and has good promotion value.
