Application of Prefabricated Construction Technology of Complex Steel Keel System for Special-shaped Curtain Wall

  • To address the technical challenges of the Aviation Tire Science Center project, particularly in achieving horizontal and vertical dual curved tire shapes, this article combines the specific characteristics of the project to design a reasonable process flow. This process adopts prefabricated construction technology and uses BIM assisted technology to accurately simulate the irregular steel keel structure to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of construction. By adding a secondary steel keel system to connect the curtain wall and the main steel structure, a curved surface shape can be achieved; By carrying out assembly design, frame processing, ground assembly, high-altitude lifting, and single frame installation in a streamlined manner, difficult tasks have been simplified and construction difficulties such as processing and assembly and high-altitude operations have been solved. This ensures project quality and safety, shortens the construction period, and achieves good economic benefits.
