Abstract
The underground disease bodies of industrial buildings,which have strong concealment, could easily cause uneven ground settlement and endanger the safety of industrial buildings. Conventional detection techniques are difficult to detect the disease in time. Therefore, it is important to accurately detect underground disease to provide scientific decisions for the reinforcement and treatment of industrial buildings. This paper took thedetection of an industrial building with uneven settlement as an example, and uses Ultrasonic Phased Array non-destructive testing method to detect the underground disease bodies of the industrial building, and uses Ground Penetrating Radar method for comparative verification. The results show that the Ultrasonic Phased Array method can effectively detect cavities and non dense underground disease bodies. Compared to the Ground Penetrating Radar method, the Ultrasonic Phased Array method results are clearer, which can comprehensively detect small underground disease bodies. The results of this paper can provide a useful reference for the Ultrasonic Phased Array method in the non-destructive detection of subsurface diseased bodies.
