Preparation and Application of "Evaluation Standards for Construction Quality Level in Guangzhou"

  • This study addresses the issue that Guangzhou has not yet established a unified standard for evaluating the quality of construction projects. It introduces the compilation ideas, evaluation system construction, and application of specific cases of the "Guangzhou Construction Project Quality Level Evaluation Standard". This standard covers the quality level evaluation of 6 major types of professional projects and 19 sub-professional projects. Through a combination of expert scoring and case analysis, a study was conducted to evaluate the quality level of sub-specialty projects in public buildings, residential engineering, and industrial construction. Ultimately, three primary indicators, six secondary indicators, and 309 tertiary indicators were selected, forming a quality level evaluation system for this sub-specialty project. After verification through actual projects, the comprehensive score of the evaluated project was 89.76 points, and it was rated as A-level. The results show that this standard is the first quality evaluation standard compiled in Guangzhou, which is highly operational and provides a normative basis for the quality evaluation of construction projects in Guangzhou. The implementation of the evaluation standard is of great significance for improving the quality of construction projects in Guangzhou and can serve as a reference for the compilation of similar evaluation standards.
