Research on Integrated System of Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM Design

To study the integrated system of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology and promote the application of BIM integrated system in prefabricated buildings. By comparing data and studying technical standards, analyze the development trend and existing problems of prefabricated buildings, and summarize the value of BIM technology in prefabricated building systems. Using the application results of BIM technology in Chengdu as a case study, summarize the current development status and challenges of prefabricated buildings. Propose a layered approach to promoting the integrated system of prefabricated buildings based on the BIM platform, and propose measures to enhance the application scope and promote technology research and development. There are still many problems in the market-oriented promotion of BIM technology in the integrated system of prefabricated buildings. Currently, scientific research will focus more on interdisciplinary collaboration and scientific indicators in all aspects of the operation cycle of prefabricated buildings. The prospect of prefabricated building platforms driven by BIM design is broad.
