Abstract
To explore the feasibility of applying innovative transparent concrete exterior wall decorative panels in building curtain walls, and analyze the impact of their characteristics on the overall performance of curtain walls, providing quantitative basis for the large-scale promotion of such products. This study is based on the Lingnan Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine project and focuses on the special research of ice crack transparent panels. By systematically analyzing its composition, internal fiber structure, manufacturing process, and installation method, the feasibility of applying innovative transparent concrete exterior wall decorative panels in building curtain walls is verified. Research has found that when transparent concrete slabs are applied to building curtain walls, they not only retain the excellent properties of the concrete material itself, but also give the building a new texture with their unique light transmission ability and artistic expression of light and shadow, while also having energy-saving advantages; The transmittance of the board is mainly determined by the internal fiber density and arrangement. Within a certain range, increasing the fiber density and optimizing the arrangement can significantly improve the transmittance, and by adjusting the fiber arrangement, customized pattern design can be achieved. The research results provide accurate and reasonable analysis basis for the design and application of transparent concrete curtain walls, and also provide solid practical support for their large-scale promotion and application.
