Abstract
Relies on the Guangzhou Metro Line 3 project,this article optimize the guidance and accuracy of BIM models for on-site construction. It proposes to use high-precision 3D laser scanning technology to obtain three-dimensional cloud point coordinate information inside the station, supplemented by precise modeling to reconstruct a millimeter level error in the REVIT file. Using the REVIT model-based air duct optimization collision BIM intelligent demolding construction technology in rail transit engineering, The core re examination weight framework reward mechanism is processed to form a segmented model and its attribute parameters BIM model that can be directly sent to the factory for processing and guiding on-site construction. The impact of BIM intelligent demolding construction technology on the quality and efficiency of the construction period is analyzed through measured data. The research results indicate that 1) using BIM intelligent demoulding construction technology to replace traditional construction methods can shorten the original two-week demoulding operation period to two days; 2) The formed model can directly export data and parameters for factory processing of prefabricated buildings; 3) For on-site planning, it plays a role in optimizing collision and aesthetic design in the first step; 4) By utilizing the advantages of visualization, it has been proven that it can significantly improve the qualification rate and shorten the construction period.
