The Contrast Experiment Study of the Pile Self-balancing Static Load Test and the Traditional Pulling-resistant Pile Method

  • This paper took engineering projects with reinforcement meter to conduct different pile internal stress, which is revealed the difference of the internal force between the pile self-balancing static load test and the traditional pulling-resistant pile method. It is analyzed that the pile axial force is decreasing from the bottom to the top in the self-balancing static load test. On the contrary, the pile axial force is decreasing from the top to the bottom in the traditional pulling-resistant pile method.Last but not the least, the result shows that the pile side friction transfers from the bottom to the top in the self-balancing static load test whereas it transfers from the top to the bottom in the traditional pulling-resistant pile method.
