Modular Node Construction Technology for Suspended Support Formwork of Refuge Layer

  • In order to solve the problem of cantilever formwork support for super high-rise refuge floors and the intersection of climbing and climbing processes. During the construction of the vertical structure of the refuge layer, pre embedded bolts or reserved holes for crossing bolts were used. After the climbing frame climbed to about five floors above the refuge layer, the construction of the formwork system for the refuge layer began. The formwork system adopts a steel beam supported by standard steel cow legs to bear the formwork load. Research and practical applications have shown that using pre embedded bolts or reserved holes for crossing bolts when constructing the vertical structure of the refuge layer, and later constructing the structure of the refuge layer, can effectively ensure the continuous construction of the main structure. There is no technical gap time for the entire structure construction, and there is no need to re install the climbing frame. The formwork system adopts a steel beam supported by standard steel cow legs to bear the formwork load. The force transmission is simple and reliable, and the steel cow legs are reused, saving costs. Further research and application results show that when using reserved holes on the wall, the bolts connecting the cow legs can also be reused, further saving engineering costs, and the standard cow legs can also be used for other cantilever formwork construction. This technology can be used as a reference for frontline technical personnel on construction sites.
