In order to solve the problems of blind repair, incomplete data collection, dimensional deviation, etc. that occurred during the roof repair process of ancient buildings, taking the Wei Ancestral Temple repair project as an example, through three-dimensional simulation construction technology, based on CAD, BIM, 3DMAX and three-dimensional laser Positioning and other auxiliary tools are used to collect and organize various data required for the repair during the roof repair process, and at the same time convert it into a three-dimensional model, and conduct three-dimensional simulation of tile pre-arrangement and roof repair construction. The results show that the use of three-dimensional simulation construction technology can detect in advance problems such as component connection defects that often occur during the repair process, replaced component styles that do not comply with the repair principles, uncoordinated position and size of roof parts, and skewed tile ridges with different widths, etc. , thus reducing the number of problems during the repair process. "Protective damage" occurs. Research results show that this technology can effectively reduce the occurrence of rework, save construction costs, better conduct quality management and project information management, and protect cultural relics.
