Abstract
In order to solve the replacement problem of damaged concrete load-bearing columns in a sports stadium, this article analyzes the stress characteristics of double columns under the current standard constant load and live load, and based on this, develops a reasonable replacement construction plan. Through the calculation of the finite element software GEN, the stress situation of the double column was analyzed in depth, and a reinforcement scheme was designed by setting steel pipe back top at the beam end. The results indicate that the columns mainly bear vertical pressure, and the support design should focus on this; After installing steel pipes at the top of the beam, the maximum pressure it can withstand is calculated to be 956 kN. Choosing a large steel pipe with a wall thickness of 10 mm and a diameter of 402 can meet the requirements of the specifications. Further numerical simulations indicated that the stress state of the concrete beams under the new conditions complies with the standards after the top support was installed. The column bases were anchored using rebar planting techniques, and prestressing was applied to the top of the columns, forming a stable and reliable replacement construction plan. Long-term monitoring of the second-floor columns showed minimal structural deformation, only 0.68 mm. This construction method effectively transfers the internal forces of the columns, avoiding significant deformation of the upper structure during the dismantling process of the double columns, ensuring the safety and stability of the structure, and is suitable for replacement construction similar to damaged columns.
