Research and Application of Prefabricated Construction Technology for Composite Curtain Walls in High Rise Buildings

  • In recent years, the application of combined curtain wall in high-rise buildings has shown a significant growth trend, in order to solve the problems of variable façade, self-importance of unit panels, difficulties in closing, and long construction cycle, etc. of combined curtain wall. In this paper, a high-rise building glass - stone combination of curtain wall project as an example, through the optimization of the curtain wall unit design, and the use of the first lifting glass unit plate and stone unit skeleton, after hanging installed stone panel program, to achieve the combination of the full assembly of the construction of the curtain wall; through the roof of the building to set up a small special cranes as the curtain wall lifting equipment, to ensure that the lifting efficiency, and solved the curtain wall due to the building elevation of the variable and inconvenient problems. The problem of inconvenient lifting is solved due to the change of building elevation. At the same time, innovative technologies such as unit-type curtain wall closure lifting system, new-type unit plate clamping mechanism and BIM-based curtain wall construction simulation are summarized, and corresponding construction points are put forward. The results show that the above technologies can effectively shorten the installation time of the unit plate of curtain wall, reduce the construction cost, have good application effect, and can provide useful reference for other related projects.
