Abstract
The engineering span of special-shaped hyperboloid space grid structure is large, mostly involving the intersection of multi-directional non-coplanar arc bars, and the nodes are different, the in-situ installation is difficult, which is not conducive to the installation accuracy of the structure. According to the characteristics of the project, the three-dimensional structure calculation model of the steel roof is established with the help of large-scale analysis software. Plan selection for the integrated hoisting of the special hyperboloid space grid structure, check calculation of the construction of the special hyperboloid space grid by stages, design calculation of the lifting platform and the upper and lower lifting points, collision inspection during the lifting process, lifting platform construction, in-situ assembly of the special hyperboloid space grid structure, integrated hoisting of the special hyperboloid space grid structure, unloading of the special hyperboloid space grid structure, construction monitoring etc. are analyzed , to ensure the safety of the project, rapid construction, reduce construction costs, improve construction quality. Through calculation and analysis software, Yonglin combined with concentric ring lifting node is studied, so that the concentric ring lifting node is combined with the grid structure and becomes a part of the grid, reducing temporary support measures, no embedded components, construction quality, safety and progress are greatly improved.
