A Review of the Research Status of the Influence of Granite Materials on the Mechanical Properties of Concrete

  • With the increase of the demand for granite in the architectural decoration industry, a large amount of granite stone is produced every year, which causes pollution to the environment. In order to further research and application of granite stone concrete, this paper summarizes the research status of mechanical properties of granite stone concrete at home and abroad. It is found that the mechanical properties of concrete increase first and then decrease with the increase of stone powder content, a law of slightly increasing with the expansion of stone powder fineness range, and a law of first rising and then decreasing with the increase of stone material content. The uniform distribution of regular and irregular granite waste particles can improve the concrete strength.
