Abstract
Due to the poor weldability exhibited by most grades of aluminum alloy profiles, research on bolted connections in aluminum alloy structures is particularly important. And it's important to note that, in the actual project, due to improper manual operation or errors and the influence of environmental factors, it is difficult to avoid the installation error of aluminum alloy bolted connection, which will have a certain impact on the connection performance. This paper uses numerical simulation to study the effect of installation error on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy bolt connection, through the study found that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the components with installation error have been weakened significantly, and with the increase of the end distance, the degree of its influence appears to be the first to increase and then reduce the trend. It is recommended that in order to minimize the impact of installation errors in the design, should meet the dimensional design and mechanical properties of the premise, choose a more appropriate end distance.
